Armin has 15 years experience offering consultation to over 6000 individuals with food related adverse reactions. During his work history he has seen a broad spectrum of cases, some with a single and common reaction and some with complicated, multiple and unusual adverse food reaction health concerns. While he has frequently consulted common cases such as IBS, atopic eczema/dermatitis and other gastrointestinal symptoms, he also has managed rare or misdiagnosed cases such as Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES), dietary protein proctitis, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) and Heiner syndrome in paediatrics, and dermatitis herpetiformis, eosinophilic esophagitis and other uncommon allergic disorders in adults. Armin has successfully assisted individuals to improve their chronic conditions such as recurrent otitis media (middle ear infection), dyshydrotic eczema, hyperactivity and many more that were less-responsive to medications. During his work experience he has come across many cases of uncommon adverse food reactions that are hardly addressed in any scientific journal/book or taught in any academic session. All these have equipped Armin with a broad knowledge in recognizing and managing symptoms and health concerns associated with food allergy, food sensitivity and intolerance.
Lucy's main experience had been focused on teaching immunology at undergraduate level, yet she later developed an interest in the association between prevalence of adverse food reactions and certain autoimmune diseases such as thyroid disorders, type I diabetes and psoriatic arthritis.
